AI Data Management & Licensing
Your data. AI potential. Shared value.
Trust Solutions International helps companies turn eligible operational data into licensing revenue and royalty opportunities. We also connect domain expertise with original, expert-authored data for AI training and evaluation.

For data-rich companies
Your operational data.
A new revenue opportunity.
We help companies explore licensing eligible, de-identified operational data to AI data buyers and labs—and negotiate compensation for the value they contribute.
TSI manages origination and transaction coordination, from the initial inventory and rights review to buyer discussions, delivery and agreed payments. Your team approves the scope; you retain ownership, subject to the rights granted in the agreement.
01
Your company
Operational knowledge and data you have the right to license.
02
Trust Solutions International
Qualification, rights structuring, data-readiness coordination and buyer relationships.
03
AI data buyers & labs
Approved datasets licensed for agreed training and evaluation uses.
How your company gets paid
Direct licensing
Your company licenses directly to the buyer and receives the agreed license payment. TSI coordinates the transaction under a disclosed origination or facilitation arrangement.
Royalty-based commercialization
Where the buyer and rights structure permit, your company licenses commercialization rights to TSI. TSI licenses the approved data onward and pays your company the contracted royalty or revenue share.
Payment amounts, timing, reporting, permitted uses and any exclusivity are negotiated and documented before a deal proceeds. Royalties may be one-time or recurring where agreed; eligibility, buyer acceptance and income are not guaranteed.
For AI labs, data companies & enterprise AI teams
Capture the judgment.
Not just the document.
The hardest part of a workflow rarely lives in a textbook. It lives in the exceptions, the decisions and the reasons behind them.
Our domain experts create original scenarios, synthetic business data and specialist workflows for AI training and evaluation. This expert-authored offering is built from professional knowledge—not your private business records—and is separate from our operational-data licensing program.
Synthetic business data
Purpose-built records for fictional businesses, with consistent inputs, realistic exceptions and traceable outcomes.
Expert-authored tasks
Original domain scenarios, reference responses and review rubrics designed around the capability you want to test.
Evaluation sets
Representative cases and difficult edge cases, with agreed scoring criteria and clearly documented limitations.
A useful example connects the input, the decision, the evidence and the outcome. We scope that context with each partner, with workflow design, domain review and ongoing curation where agreed.

Industry expertise.
Down to the exception.
We bring operational knowledge and domain experts across these four areas. Together with your team, we turn that expertise into original training tasks and evaluations. The pilot examples below use purpose-built scenarios and synthetic records.
01 / Domain
EDI workflows
Electronic data interchange across transaction mapping, validation, acknowledgements and exception handling.
Example pilot: Trace a rejected transaction, identify the mapping or validation issue and propose a correction against the supplied specification.
02 / Domain
Healthcare revenue cycle
Administrative healthcare RCM workflows spanning eligibility, claims, denials, payment posting and accounts-receivable follow-up.
Example pilot: Review a synthetic denial case, identify missing evidence and select the next administrative action—not a clinical decision.
03 / Domain
Banking & finance
Transaction operations, financial reconciliation, document review and evidence-led exception resolution.
Example pilot: Reconcile a transaction across supplied records and explain when an unresolved exception requires escalation.
04 / Domain
Accounting & bookkeeping
Invoice processing, ledger classification, bank reconciliation, month-end close and reporting workflows.
Example pilot: Resolve a reconciliation difference and document the proposed treatment with supporting evidence.
From opportunity to agreement
We coordinate.
You stay in control.
One point of coordination across the company, data buyer and specialist advisors. Your team participates in approvals and source-side preparation; TSI helps reduce the administrative burden.
- 01
Qualify the opportunity
Review your operations, data types, documentation and authority to license. Initial focus: established US businesses with substantial operational workflows; buyer-specific staffing and other requirements are confirmed during qualification.
- 02
Define rights & compensation
Agree on the mandate or commercialization license, permitted uses, royalty or fee structure, reporting, duration and any exclusivity—with legal counsel involved.
- 03
Prepare & coordinate
Inventory the approved material and coordinate source-side de-identification, documentation and provenance. Restricted records stay outside the proposed dataset.
- 04
Match, validate & deliver
Coordinate buyer evaluation, technical questions and acceptance against the agreed scope. Delivery follows the approved contractual and security process.
- 05
Manage the agreed payments
Coordinate license proceeds or royalty distributions according to the signed agreement, with reporting and any ongoing curation or renewals as contracted.
Rights first.
Privacy by design.
Only material cleared for licensing
We coordinate review of licensing authority, client restrictions and provenance before proceeding. De-identification must happen at the source under an appropriate process; it does not, by itself, establish a right to license.
Clear terms. Informed approval.
Healthcare and other sensitive datasets require appropriate specialist and legal review. Permitted uses, security, exclusivity and compensation are agreed in writing. Do not send raw patient data, personal identifiers or confidential client records through this website.
